Terms and Condition :

  • The general delivery time for your furniture is 4-7 weeks. This depends on the availability of the production from manufacturer and logistic.

  • Customer should check products when it arrives your home to make sure that the order is completed and the item(s) are in good condition.

  • Kram is not responsible for any damage occurred to your home while furniture is being delivered.

  • Customers are entitled to return or exchange for a major failure from defects or delivery damages, 10% restocking fee and 10% redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise. Kram only accept product return on the date of delivery when it is a significant problem. Merchandise could return and exchange once only.

  • All return orders are restricted to the following conditions:

  1. Deviation of color is not a valid reason for the guarantee return.

  2. Kram do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for the order furniture as tailor-made items

  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure furniture fit and safe into the ideal space.

  4. Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same colour, size and product model with the original order.

  5. All delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Customer should take responsibility on payment transaction, its account details and password.

  • Kram describe products as precise as possible but descriptions will not be completely same as the actual products.

  • Customers will be informed if the chosen products with no stocks, Kram will inform customer as soon as possible, in this case customers can reorder or cancel order. If customers are not reachable, Kram remain rights to cancel the order.

  • All purchased products are non-refundable.

  • Kram cannot guarantee its website and online system with no mistakes or technical problems, we highly suggest customers to have an up to date anti-virus program. In case internet issues occur, Kram will not take responsibility on any internet problems cause.
